1.1 . These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and provision of Apple products and related services by Jawraa ("the Reseller") to educational institutions ("the Customer"). Jawraa is an authorized reseller of Apple Inc., dedicated to enhancing educational experiences through innovative technology solutions.

2.1 . The Reseller offers iPads, MacBooks, and related software solutions, specifically tailored for educational use. Services include installation, training for educators, and ongoing technical support to ensure effective integration of technology into educational curricula.

3.1 . All products sold by the Reseller are authentic Apple products. The Reseller ensures that all items are current models unless specified otherwise and are sourced directly from Apple Inc.

4.1 . Prices for products and services are subject to change without prior notice. However, prices stated at the time of an educational institution's order confirmation will be honored by the Reseller. All payments are due within 30 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5.1 . The Reseller will arrange for the delivery of products to the Customer’s organization or customer's address as per the agreed-upon delivery schedule stated in the contract between Jawraa and the Customer’s organization. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that delivery locations are accessible and that arrangements are in place for safe and efficient installation.

6.1 . Installation services and initial training are provided as part of the purchase price for relevant products. Ongoing training and support may incur additional charges as agreed upon between the Reseller and the Customer.

7.1 . Ongoing technical support is provided as specified in the sales agreement. The Reseller ensures timely assistance through qualified technicians to resolve operational issues related to the products sold.

8.1 . The Customer acknowledges that all intellectual property rights in the Apple products, including software, are owned by Apple Inc. or its licensors and that no ownership rights are transferred as part of the sales transaction.

9.1 . Products are covered by the Apple One-Year Limited Warranty or by the extended warranty if purchased. The Reseller facilitates warranty service but all claims are subject to Apple Inc.'s warranty terms.

10.1 . The Reseller's liability for any loss or damage arising from the supply of products or services is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the product or service. The Reseller is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11.1 . Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these terms and fails to rectify the breach within 30 days of written notification.

12.1 . Disputes arising under these terms will first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If unsuccessful, resolution will be sought through arbitration.

13.1 . These terms constitute the entire agreement between the Reseller and the Customer regarding its subject matter and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
